Bread Circuit is a French and Indian fusion Bakery started on December 14th 2011 by following experinced chefs.


 Graduated from Adyar Catering Institute in 1982, Chef Heaven Started Working in Taj Coromandel as Trainee, he was later on transferred to Taj Sheeba with promotion in Yemen as Head Pastry. Chef Heaven worked in Cruise liners like Carnival Cruise Lines, Norwegian Cruise Line till 2005. He then moved on and started working for la boulangerie chennai. Chef Heaven is specialist in confectionery and art work.He was initiative and instrumental in starting this new venture.



Graduated from Adyar Catering Institute in 1989, Justin Started Working for HotBreads from 1991 till 2000. Justin was a part of starting an upbringing several branches of Hotbreads that includes Calcutta, and AbuDhabi. Justin started working for Celebrity Cruises since 2000 to 2010 as Baker. Justin started working for “BREAD CIRCUIT” with his professional friends during December of 2011. Justin is a specialist in French and German Style of Baking.


Graduated from IHMCT Trichy in 1998, Ponraj started working for Hot Breads as a Trainee, and moved on to Abu Dhabi to work with Chef Subash Shankar. He took in charge after Subash moved out to open another Franchise. He later on went to work in cruise line industry. Ponraj joined the new venture “BREAD CIRCUIT” as a partner as well as a baker.



Graduated from IHMCT Trichy in 1989, Subash started as a trainee in Taj Coromandel Chennai and worked till 1992. Subash started working in Hot Breads branches like Bangalore, Nepal,AbuDhabi, Miami and Detroit Till 2006. Subash after working in Pullmantur cruise as Head Baker till 2010, started the business venture “BREAD CIRCUIT”. Subash has worked with Chef’s from different countries during his tenure in the international arena. Subash is also an expert in European cuisine.



Chef Suresh completed Craft Course in Food Production in 1993 -1994 from Pondicherry Institute of Hospitality Management, Pondicherry. Suresh began his career in the field of confectionery and bakery in Hotel Mass Pondicherry (Jan 95- nov 95). Later on Suresh moved to Celebrity Cruise from 1996 till 2002. Suresh worked on Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines from 2003 and 2006 and then worked for Hot Breads in Virginia USA( 2007 – 2010) where he worked with Justin ,Heaven and Ponraj. Chef Suresh joined the venture “BREAD CIRCUIT” as a confectioner.
